Evaluation of Food Service Proposals
Traditional hospitality proposals are large and cumbersome which makes it tedious and time consuming to find the information you need. Our Process requires each bidder to remain focused on the important information you need to accurately compare and evaluate the proposals. We will review all the proposals and prepare a Proposal Summary Report that will provide:
- A quick and easy, ‘apples to apples’ format for comparing and evaluating the proposals
- An online format that will enable the decision makers to share their comments
- A detailed list of issues that need to be clarified or addressed in order to make a decision
- Links to the important sections of each bidder’s proposal
You will find the Evaluation process to be very efficient and easy to complete since the Summary Report clearly displays the information from the bidders in an easy to evaluate ‘side by side’ format.
